Chelsea Savings Bank is made up of a group of five banks located in Belle Plaine, Chelsea, Van Horne, Traer and the Victor State Bank in Victor. The main office is located in Belle Plaine at 601 13th Street Belle Plaine, Iowa 52208. We have a staff of 24 among its five locations, and currently has approximately $186 million in assets.
